Renam Security Training — Return & Rescheduling Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
We keep our policies simple and straight. Here's how payments, rescheduling, and missed classes work.
No Refunds
All class purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any class, for any reason. When you enroll, you're reserving a seat, an instructor, and range time — and we hold that spot for you.
Rescheduling — We've Got You Covered
Life happens, and we get it. If you can't make your class:

Give us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled class time, and we'll reschedule you at no charge.

You have up to 1 year from your original purchase date to complete your rescheduled class.
That's a full year of flexibility. Just call or message us ahead of time, and we'll get you on the books.
No-Call / No-Shows
If you miss your class without giving proper 24-hour notice — or simply don't show up — your payment is completely forfeited. No refund, no reschedule, no credit.
If you want to take the class after a no-show, you'll need to re-purchase the class in full.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We're firm, but we're fair. Genuine emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If something serious kept you from class, contact us as soon as you're able, and we'll talk it through.
