When you enroll in a course or apply for licensure through our programs, we may collect:

We only collect what we need to train you, certify you, and help you get licensed. Nothing more.
We Will Never Sell Your Information
Period. Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or traded to third-party vendors, marketers, or data brokers. When you train with us, your information stays with us.
How Your Information Is Stored
All sensitive information — including identification documents and licensure paperwork — is stored in a secure, restricted-access location. Only authorized Renam Security Training staff who need your information to do their job can access it.
Who Sees Your Information
Your information is shared only when it has to be, and only with the people who are legally required to see it:

State licensing authorities. Necessary government employees review your information as part of the state licensure process. This is required by law to obtain certification and licensure.

How Long We Keep It
We retain training and certification records as required by state regulations so we can verify your credentials when you need us to. Records no longer required are securely destroyed.
